this is a reflexion of Szymon’s taste who is a connoisseur of red wine. He likes tannic flavour with a touch of ripe fruit and aroma of the barrel. Thus, the Regent house is finished with larch board left in its natural, light red colour – giving association with ripe red wine.

makes a compromise between the two previous ones. We used oils in the shade of natural oak to finish the ceiling. It pictures the specific nature of Bianka strain – crunchy, fruity and neutral - typical for dessert wines.
